Zum Mr. Basketball USA, früher als ESPN Rise Player National Player of the Year bekannt, wird der beste Highschool-Basktetballer der USA benannt. Aus einigen dieser Spieler wurden in der Folge NBA-Legenden, wie die folgende Übersicht zeigt.
