Boston - Die beiden Baseball-Profis Jose Guillen und Jay Gibbons sind wegen Dopingmissbrauchs für die ersten 15 Tage in der neuen Saison der Major League Baseball (MLB) gesperrt worden.

Das gab der Ligaverband bekannt. Die beiden Spieler sollen laut Medienberichten zwischen 2002 und 2005 mit Wachstumshormonen gedopt haben.
