Die Europameister gewannen vor Madison Chock und Evan Bates aus den USA sowie den Kanadiern Kaitlyn Weaver und Andrew Poje.

Die deutschen Meister Nelli Zhiganshina und Alexander Gazsi aus Oberstdorf hatten am Mittwoch kurz vor Wettkampfbeginn wegen einer Magen-Darm-Grippe des 30-Jährigen aufgeben müssen.
